The Holistic Coaching Approach

I use a combination of Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness integrated

with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Transformational Coaching techniques.  Please scroll down for further details on these methods.  Each session is tailored to my client's individual needs at that time so that they get the best positive outcome.

Please allow 60 minutes per session, sometimes it may over-run as interrupting a technique could undo all the

work we have done, which would not be beneficial.  Don't worry though I do not charge for overtime!

​

A block of six sessions is initially recommended to get the best results but this can be adapted once we start our

journey together.  Once you submit the enquiry form at the bottom of this page, I will contact you to arrange

a free half-hour consultation to ensure that I can help you and that you are 100% happy to engage me.

Let Your Subconscious Be Your Guide

The indirect hypnosis that I use will firstly lead you into a lovely relaxed state - you will still be totally aware of everything around you - it brings you into the present moment and just allows your conscious mind to take a rest from the whirring of your thoughts and outside distractions.  This then gives access to your subconscious mind, where subtle suggestions can be embedded, in line with what you want to achieve. These suggestions made to your subconscious mind will then guide your actions after the hypnosis.   Practice makes perfect - it may take more than one hypnosis session to achieve your desired outcome.

The Mindfulness practice that I teach will allow you to focus on the present moment, block out your conscious thoughts and put your past worries and future anxieties aside.

​

Regular practice of mindfulness  has proven to have many benefits for your wellbeing, both mentally and physically. â€‹

As well as teaching Mindfulness on a one to one basis, in 2025, I will be running Mindfulness classes at local halls and community centres - more info on this to follow, but please register your interest by completing the enquiry form below and I will keep you updated with information on the classes.
